Table Tennis HQ provides table tennis statistics, analytics, player information, social features, and other related tools.

This Privacy Policy applies to users of the Service on iOS, Android, and any other platform through which Table Tennis HQ is made available.

Access is requested only when necessary for the feature you choose to use and is subject to your device permissions.

Sports data and analytics are provided for informational and analytical purposes only.

Third-party sports data is subject to the availability, accuracy, and reliability of the applicable data provider. Table Tennis HQ does not guarantee that sports data, match information, statistics, schedules, results, or analytics will always be complete, accurate, or current.

We may use information collected through the Service to:

• Display user-generated posts and plays

Deleting information from Table Tennis HQ does not necessarily remove copies that other users may have independently saved or captured outside of the Service.

Do not publish information that you do not want others to see.

Table Tennis HQ may provide features that allow users to publish or interact with user-generated content.

We may review, restrict, hide, remove, or otherwise moderate content when we reasonably believe it:

• Violates community rules

• Contains sexually explicit or otherwise prohibited material

We may retain limited moderation or enforcement records when reasonably necessary to prevent repeated abuse, protect users, enforce our Terms, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations.

6. Blocking Users

Table Tennis HQ may allow users to block other users.

When a user is blocked, certain interactions or content visibility between the accounts may be restricted.

We may store blocked-user relationships for the purpose of maintaining the user's selected safety and privacy settings.

7. Push Notifications

The Service may send push notifications for features such as:

• Upcoming matches
• Favorite players or matchups
• Social activity
• Followers or other account activity
• Application announcements
• Other features selected by the user

Push notifications require device permission where required.

You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings and, where available, through settings within Table Tennis HQ.

8. Cloud Services

Table Tennis HQ uses cloud infrastructure and related services, including services provided by Google Firebase and Google Cloud.

These services may support features including:

• User authentication
• Database storage
• Application functionality
• Cloud functions

• Performance monitoring
• Notifications
• Technical diagnostics

Information processed using these services may be transmitted to and stored on servers operated by the applicable service provider.

Our service providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to us and subject to their applicable contractual, privacy, and security obligations.

Table Tennis HQ may use Google Cloud Firestore, Firebase services, cloud storage services, or similar infrastructure to store information necessary to operate the Service.

We may use third-party companies and service providers to help operate Table Tennis HQ.

Payments and subscriptions. When you subscribe on our website, your payment is collected and processed by Stripe, which receives your card and billing details directly. Your subscription is managed through RevenueCat, which receives your account identifier, plan, and subscription status so that your Pro access works on the website and in the app. Purchases in the iOS and Android apps are processed by Apple and Google. These companies handle your payment information under their own privacy policies.

These providers may process information as necessary to perform services on our behalf.

We require or expect service providers that process user information on our behalf to maintain appropriate protections for that information.

Third-party services may also have their own privacy policies governing their handling of information.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information in limited circumstances, including:

We may share information with companies that provide infrastructure, authentication, storage, analytics, technical services, or other services necessary to operate Table Tennis HQ.

When an account is deleted, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account, including user-generated content associated with the account, unless retaining particular information is reasonably necessary or legally permitted for purposes such as:

• Fraud prevention
• Security
• Abuse prevention
• Resolving disputes
• Enforcing legal rights
• Meeting legal or regulatory obligations

Public posts and other user-generated content associated with a deleted account will be removed from our active Service as part of the account deletion process, subject to legitimate legal or security retention requirements.

Information independently copied, saved, or captured by other users outside of Table Tennis HQ cannot necessarily be deleted by us.

Account deletion is permanent and may result in the loss of profile information, posts, followers, favorites, saved settings, statistics, and other account-associated information.

Deleting a Table Tennis HQ account does not automatically cancel an App Store, Google Play, or website subscription. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through the platform through which the subscription was purchased. For website subscriptions, use the "Manage subscription" link on the Membership page, or contact us. Payment records may be retained by Stripe, RevenueCat, Apple, or Google as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.

15. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

These measures may include:

• Encrypted network connections
• Authentication controls
• Database security rules
• Access restrictions
• Cloud security infrastructure
• Application security measures
• Monitoring for suspicious activity

However, no application, database, internet transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for protecting their own account credentials and should not share passwords or authentication information with others.

• Manage notification preferences
• Follow or unfollow users

• Delete posts or other content

Certain public information may remain visible until it is deleted or the applicable account is deleted.

Table Tennis HQ is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

Users under 18 should not create an account or use the Service.

If we learn that personal information has been collected from a person under 18 in violation of this policy, we may take reasonable steps to delete the information and associated account.

Table Tennis HQ may contain links to websites, services, stores, social platforms, Discord communities, or other third-party services that we do not operate.

Table Tennis HQ and its service providers may process or store information in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
